He also noted that the order of the day will be the army general in retirement Jorge Luis García Carneiro, having played a leading role to restore constitutional order on April 13, 2002.
"We will tell the world that this people is standing, who is kneeling on the ground to defend their democracy fully and defend the government was constitutionally," he said.
