"Have you ever seen the tunnel of the Plain completely full of people?" That was the answer that Ricardo Garcia, a member of the movement of independent video "Fans of Carmen", gave the April 13, 2002 someone from the opposition phoned him to ask if he really had Chavez in the streets in those days.

Interviewed in a special program on Venezolana de Televisión this April 13, 2008, Garcia estimated that 160,000 people took to the streets in the west of Caracas to demand the return of Hugo Chávez Frías exactly six years ago.
Garcia, along with Victoria Soto, recorded hours of video on 12 and 13 April 2002 of how the people took to the streets those days. His recording was made from Caricuao to Fort Tiuna and then to Los Ruices. Presented a micro, initially transmitted by Ávila TV, a small fraction of their unpublished work.
