Since early 2008, have intensified the resistance and alternative constructions of neoliberalism in Latin ours. Common is the conviction that the future nests elsewhere in ourselves, away from the imperial project that has been exporting from Washington or from Brussels.

I've said time and again, we face a scenario of break with the legacy operating chains of colonialism. Neoliberalism was ultimately a response to the processes that were popular among the sixties and seventies, subverting the order foreign to our interests.
