We have finalized all the details for the celebration of the Ordinary General Assembly of our Association. It will be the 16th of April, at 19 pm on the first call and 20 in second in the event that do not attend the first third of the members. The place is the auditorium of the Civic Center in the street Madril Abilio Rosillo.
The agenda is:
Reading and approval comes from the minutes of the previous meeting.
Exhibition of the management from the constitution and its approval if agreed.
To present the accounts and propose its adoption.
Ratifies the amount of ordinary shares to be provided by partners.
Presentation activities that have been announced this year.
Opinions, questions and suggestions.
