For its part, the sculptor Cecilia Aliaga presented "Reborn", a tree made of rubber, production of which took three months. "The idea is to create a tree by reusing the material which has been damaged and give it meaning," he added.
Other sculptures that participated in the parade were "Warrior of the wall" and "hornbill", both produced by Miguel Baca works for the exhibition "recycle."
Tomás Flores, chairman of the Environmental Committee Tacora, recycle since age 10. "It's a nice experience, you learn many things, how to separate solid waste from toxic waste," he said. So far the committee has trained on recycling more than 500 people.
