Internet y empresa

The redarquía against the hierarchy.

The emergence of new technologies has led faster changes in modern societies and, consequently, the behavior of individuals and their organizations, affecting the way they interact.

Professor Tasaka said in an interview before the talent was a quality that made some people out. But since the Internet makes available to all any kind of information, knowledge is still important. Now it is wisdom and it should stimulate collective intelligence and the Internet is a good way to do so. According to Professor

Tasaka, this fonómeno entail a change within organizations. Japanese professor, he cites the cluster of technology companies that are located in Silicon Valley (California), where the entrepreneurial spirit goes hand in hand with technology. People who work there, are free to exchange ideas and this allows us to establish alliances between different companies (even as competitors). But this synergistic effect is not as easy to achieve.

few days ago, in a television documentary, as explained within the organization, there are two distinct groups that are beginning to confront. Companies must decide if their strategy is based on the "redarquía" (to promote collective intelligence) or preserve staff functional hierarchy.

Quite a challenge for the sustainability organizations.
