The redarquía against the hierarchy.

The emergence of new technologies has led faster changes in modern societies and, consequently, the behavior of individuals and their organizations, affecting the way they interact.

Professor Tasaka said in an interview before the talent was a quality that made some people out. But since the Internet makes available to all any kind of information, knowledge is still important. Now it is wisdom and it should stimulate collective intelligence and the Internet is a good way to do so. According to Professor

Tasaka, this fonómeno entail a change within organizations. Japanese professor, he cites the cluster of technology companies that are located in Silicon Valley (California), where the entrepreneurial spirit goes hand in hand with technology. People who work there, are free to exchange ideas and this allows us to establish alliances between different companies (even as competitors). But this synergistic effect is not as easy to achieve.

few days ago, in a television documentary, as explained within the organization, there are two distinct groups that are beginning to confront. Companies must decide if their strategy is based on the "redarquía" (to promote collective intelligence) or preserve staff functional hierarchy.

Quite a challenge for the sustainability organizations.

Driver’s License Template For Ohio

Enhanced noise as a result of the new law banning smoking in public establishments, especially bars.

Since the entry into force of the new smoking ban is an intensification of noise in the area of \u200b\u200bLa Peña del Cura Madril and as a result of the output the street from the bar patrons to smoke, that are installed with their glasses and his cigarette on a public street in consuming alcohol, with conversations and voices that have gravely worsened the conditions of the people who inhabit in these neighborhoods.

Despite this and the prosecution urged the City Council prior to this new situation, to take measures to suppress noise, the City has not addressed this request. What he has done has been to take samples of noise in some homes, with the intention of collecting results that are less polluting as possible, resorting to subterfuge and that the time is less noisy when there is clear evidence of noise in the reports issued by the Civil Guard. That is, instead of acting with local sanctions and closures year after year are in breach of the Ordinance on the protection of the environment in terms of noise and vibration, try to confuse both the prosecution and the neighbors with actions that do not correspond to existing serious problem.

the situation is getting worse now due to be installed on the street people taking drinks, to smoke. In addition, licensed bars unauthorized and not complying with the Ordinance, reopened at six in the morning and these people also fit with your drink and cigarette in the street.

This is caused by inactivity of the City Council at the repeated violations of the bars, reported ad nauseum, they are not punished, and continuing violations in collusion with perpetrators of rules that the full City Council has approved.

Says Residents Association Madril that the audience will ask the Mayor and Alderman of Public Safety for the drafting of an ordinance to prevent this situation. They ignore the law seriously noise and vibration. Already covered these events.

First Ordinance of environmental protection in article 31 f) qualifies as infringement, incurred in the conduct referred to in art. 14.2. And this section of that article reads: holders leisure and power to allow food or drinks are issued when the consumption of these takes place outside the establishment and authorized sites will be held accountable for necessary cooperation of the inconvenience that might occur, and as such, shall be subject to the penalty system of this standard.

Sanctions include fines of 12,001 to 300,000 euros and even closure of the premises.

addition Law and leisure living Extremadura 2 / 2003 provides that the sale or dispensing of alcoholic beverages in establishments may only be authorized to that effect, not allowing those outside the establishment or consumption outside of it, except on terraces or caretakers, as regulated by the relevant ordinance.

Article 15.1 also determined not to permit consumption of alcoholic beverages on the roads and public areas, except in leisure areas specifically authorized by each municipality, which ensure these comply with all the provisions of this Act, and, most notably, the prohibition in Article 9 and the right to rest and coexistence. These offenses are punishable by a fine of 30,000 to 300,000 euros.

Article 19. Subjects offenders and responsible.

1. Be responsible for the offenses in this Law, attending to every case, people who breach their obligations are imposed by this Act

2. Also be subject jointly responsible managers and / or managers of legal persons are holders of municipal opening, for breaches of this Act committed in the course or result of the activity and rotation, and commercial traffic of the company.

When compliance with its obligations under this Act applicable to several persons jointly, jointly and severally liable for the offenses, if any, is committed and the penalties imposed. Also be responsible subsidiary of sanctions imposed on legal persons who have ceased their activities, managers of the same.

These are the provisions that may apply to the situation created by the so-called "grasshopper." As is clear from all this, do not need a new law to be adopted by the City to prevent it, primarily because local councils have no capacity to make laws, and secondly because what we do can pass are ordinances and this already exists, but as usual, the City would not apply it, holding its citizens in complete helplessness.

We must also bear in mind that the use of licenses for unauthorized activities, such as those that occur in normal licensed bars, which are devoted to a serving drinks and music in their environment facilities, lack of sound insulation of special bars or background music in cafes concerts, concert halls and unauthorized breaches of times, all these violations and acts described as not sanctioned, as well as saturated zone protection by not granting new licenses and restrictions on the approval of ownership changes that are granted without regard to the repeated violations of these premises and without checking meeting the conditions established, considerably improve the existing noise pollution.
