Article 8. 2 .- The causes of sanctions (reprimand or expulsion):
-a) disobey or violate the statutes, or decisions of the General Assembly
-b) prejudice in any way voluntarily to the network, or its members.
-c) Expulsion may be considered after the withdrawal of any member of the Network, as for the rest of the sanctions.
Article 8. 3. The imposition of sanctions shall be made subject to the opportunity to be given to make these charges. Appeals against decisions imposing sanctions will be decided by Steering Committee, to appeal to General Assembly.
Of the amendments to the statutes
